Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dermac. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing
Once we receive your order, it takes up to 3 business days to process and pack it. As soon as it ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking code.

Delivery Times
Once your order ships, expect delivery within 5 to 11 business days. In total, that’s roughly 8 to 14 business days from the day you order.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping across South Africa on all orders. 

Order Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking code and link. Tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after you receive it.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within South Africa only.

Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of ordering.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost, damaged or delayed, contact us and we’ll help you resolve it with the carrier. Please inspect your parcel when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is wrong.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order ships, but once it’s in transit we’re unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
